How much can I borrow on a Residential Mortgage? I'm unsure what my monthly outgoings are...

No two mortgage lenders are the same and no two customer situations are the same. In the current financial climate it makes sense to approach us for guidance as mortgage deals and mortgage lenders' assessment criteria are constantly changing.

For example, to determine how much they'll lend, some lenders will multiply your gross income by around 4 times. Others will multiply your gross income by around 5 times. Some don't multiply at all - they use a calculation based on your monthly income and expenditure.
